Mochi Dolci Private Event Policy

At Mochi Dolci, we are committed to ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all private events. To maintain transparency and consistency, the following policy applies to all private events hosted at our venue:

1. Ticket Sales
   All ticket sales for private events must be conducted exclusively through the Mochi Dolci website. This ensures a secure and centralized process for all attendees.

2. Written Contract Requirement
   Every private event requires a formal written contract between Harlem ADR, LLC d/b/a Mochi Dolci and the event Host. Verbal agreements, email exchanges, or text communications regarding event terms are null and void and will not be honored.

3. No Exceptions Policy
   This policy is strictly enforced, and there are no exceptions. All Hosts must adhere to these requirements to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
