Private Dining Agreement Policy

Thank you for considering Mochi Dolci for your private dining event. We strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that your experience with us is memorable. To facilitate the booking process and ensure clarity for both parties, please review our private dining agreement policy outlined below:

Prvate Dining Agreement Required

Only agreements with a countersigned "Private Dining Agreement" will be honored. This formal document outlines the terms and conditions of your private dining event and serves as a binding contract between you (the client) and us, Harlem ADR, LLC dba Mochi Dolci.

Verbal Agreements Not Valid

Verbal agreements made with any of our staff, owners, or employees will not be considered a valid contract. Agreements made via text messaging or other means outside of a fully executed Private Dining Contract is not valid.

We prioritize clarity and transparency in our business dealings, and verbal agreements or agreements made via social media or text messaging may lead to misunderstandings or discrepancies.

Monetary Deposit Requirement

Any monetary deposits sent to us without a valid Private Dining Agreement will not be honored. We understand that deposits are often required to secure reservations, but without a signed agreement, we cannot guarantee availability or confirm your booking. - Additionally, the sender runs the risk of forfeiting the deposit if it is sent without the necessary documentation.

How to Proceed with Booking a Private Party Event

To book a private dining event with us, please contact our event coordinator at Manager@mochidolci.com or 646.249.7990. They will assist you in initiating the booking process and provide you with the necessary Private Dining Agreement for your event.
